Where Industry meets Artistry

The home owner wanted a copper style chimney cap for his new home in Okanagan Falls BC Solid Works Design Studio was contracted to Design, build and install it. The chimney is almost 9 feet x 4 feet in section so you can imagine the size. I modelled it in my CAD sofware and used it to create the a CNC plasma cut pieces, which were then bent and welded together prior to sand blasting and powder coating. All work was undertaken locally in Penticton. Then it was craned onto the roof.
